Instead of utilizing the safety kit that was previously identified, we request that you contact Milestone via one of the methods below to request a free replacement Arm Assembly. This option allows you to keep your current wall plate attached to the wall, with no need to remove or re-drill. We will include simple-to-use instructions (see .pdf and video below) and all of the items you need to make this easy exchange. If you have previously replaced or upgraded your SLF5 mount with either an SLF7 arm kit or new SLF7 mount, you do not need to take any further action.

For requests that involve more than 1 replacement Arm Assembly please use Option 2 and talk to a Milestone Customer Service representative.
Call Milestone Customer Service at (877) 277-3707 to request your free replacement Arm Assembly. Milestone customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. CST or Saturday and Sunday, 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST.
If either of the above options are not acceptable to you, you may return only the Arm Assembly (see Image 1) or your full SLF5 TV mount to Costco, and you will be issued a full refund of your original purchase. You may then purchase a new model SANUS Simplicity SLF7 TV mount from Costco and use the compatible SLF7 arm to attach to your existing wall plate.
