Conferencing with Security
A crucial part of any mission critical space is an adjoining situation or secure conference room where high-level decisions are made. This hub needs to share information in real time to help decision makers enact solutions.
This room should be optimized to maintain overall security. Secure AV furniture allows you to easily separate and secure equipment based on classification levels and specifications. The RoboFLIP camera rotates into the ceiling space when not in use to visibly indicate the power is off.
Considerations for Creating ADA-Compliant Spaces
- Is the screen size inclusive and installed to ensure sight lines are appropriate?
- The credenza typically allows for a larger screen without worry of the 4” protrusion issue. Is there at least 30” pathway in front of the credenza?
- Is picture-in-picture required for a sign language interpreter or will there be access to live captions?
- Is there sufficient room in the aisles for wheelchair movement and turn around space?
- Do the room controls support limited motor skills and limited vision?
