TiLED LED Video Wall Mounting System

We’ve expanded our award-winning TiLED LED Video Wall Mounting System to include the Samsung® IFH Series, the Absen™ Acclaim™ Series and the Unilumin® UpanelS™ Series.

Chief’s latest design for digital signage solutions, the TiLED™ Series, is a modular, LED mounting system to support creative video wall configurations. The system can include any of three mounts that support LED displays and connect together to form a seamless video wall.

“As creative as you are with the content, you can be as creative with the supporting structure as well,” said Kathryn Gaskell, Manager, Product Managers. “We want to support AV companies by providing the unique experiences that make them shine.”

Impact Kiosks

Impact™ Bolt Down Portrait Floor Standing Kiosks provide an aesthetic solution for enclosing displays in open areas. Designed with no exposed fasteners while maintaining full access and serviceability. Our exclusive design keeps the display mounted to the frame when opened. Keyed locking security keeps displays safe, and a universal AV Storage plate holds supporting equipment.

Joining the already popular On-Wall Kiosks, the Bolt Down Kiosks will be available for 49, 50 and 55” displays in black or white finish to complement a variety of environments. The frame supports up to 3.5” deep displays and back-to-back options are available.

Outdoor Mounts

We’ve grown our line of outdoor mounts to include solutions for ceiling and pedestal display installations. The new mounts are built to withstand rain, humidity and ocean air, sun exposure and high winds.

An included wind deflector provides an additional layer of defense to protect technology that may not be designed for wind exposure.

“Our partners were looking for a new solution that is easier to install and protects the structure from potential damage,” said Tony Caruso, Product Manager. “When you add large displays to outdoor columns, they can act like a sail. This new mount system definitely takes the wind out of those sails.”

Tilt range of -5 to +20 degrees has set locking points to eliminate guesswork when adjusting multiple displays. Chief outdoor ceiling and pedestal mounts are available for displays up to 250 lbs (91 kg) with a max VESA^® pattern of 800 x 400 mm, depending on the chosen solution. Options are available for single display, side-by-side and back-to-back configurations.

Column Mount Adapters

We’re introducing new column adapter accessories to make it possible to add displays to I-beams, box-beams, trusses and a variety of column shapes and sizes. For use with Fusion, Fusion Modular and Thinstall Swing-Arm mounts.

Integrators were looking for a better way to add flat panels to a variety of columns. These structures are usually great opportunities for signage near paths of travel in commercial buildings, stadiums and other large venues.

The FCASCA wraps around round, concrete structural columns and can be cut to size in the field, which means you don’t need to know the exact dimensions of the column. The FCAVCA works with I-beams, box-beams and other various column shapes. Both solutions support 200 lbs. (70.7 kg) in portrait and landscape orientations.

Cable Mounts

We are launching the FCS1U Cable Floor-to-Ceiling Flat Panel Mount to provide QSRs and retail with more low-profile options for digital signage.

The FCS1U supports both portrait and landscape orientations in a single SKU, with the option to retrofit a second, back-to-back display with the PACFCB accessory. The mount supports large displays with a 130 lbs (59 kg) weight capacity. Post-installation pitch alignment keeps the display from tilting without having to over-tighten the cables.

The cables accommodate up to 15 ft (4.57 m) distance between floor and ceiling. A PACFCL accessory can connect the cables to channel strut for post-installation lateral shift or to line up multiple displays on a plane.
