Legrand | AV Brands Working Together Part 3

Posted on 5/8/2019 by Legrand AV Team

Part 3 of 3 InfoComm preview blog posts.

Welcome to part two of our three-part blog series on what you can expect to see in the Legrand | AV booth at InfoComm.

Stop by Booth 2500 and grab some free coffee to take a tour and discover the latest in C2G, Chief, Da-Lite, Luxul, Middle Atlantic, Vaddio and Wiremold solutions.

For those of you who can’t wait (you know who you are!), here’s a sneak peek of the corporate, huddle space vignettes and a few other surprises to see what the brands are bringing to the table for each!

Conference Room

Run meetings like a boss with solutions designed to keep you from spending the first 10 minutes trying to figure out how it works.

Case in point, the ConferenceSHOT AV sets new performance standards for USB-based enterprise-class systems for small-to medium-sized conference rooms. The ConferenceSHOT AV integrates a 10x zoom PTZ camera and audio conferencing mixer into a single USB 3.0 device. It supports collaboration on UC soft clients such as Zoom, Skype for Business, WebEx, Google Hangouts and more. Pair the ConferenceSHOT AV camera with Vaddio’s new CeilingMIC or TableMIC microphones for exceptional audio quality.

If your conference room needs more security, be sure the camera is off with the RoboSHOT IW (In-Wall) Smart Glass PTZ Camera. The smart glass cover changes from a frosted opaque when the camera is off to a transparent glass when the camera is on. In addition to room aesthetics, this also easily informs room occupants whether or not the camera is active, making it an ideal solution for corporate board rooms, law offices, courtrooms, medical institutions and other rooms where sensitive information must be protected.

 Conference

Keep the meeting going with the latest in Middle Atlantic’s Racklink™ technology. The new Premium + PDU with Racklink™ is the most advanced – yet simplest to use – IP control solution for Remote System Management in the industry. Now you can capture individual outlet power data for true energy optimization with maximum security and more environmental controls than ever before.

With many conference rooms now designed with glass walls or natural lighting, ambient light rejection surfaces are a must. Da-Lite’s Tensioned Advantage with Parallax Pure 0.8 houses the screen in the ceiling when not in use and ensures everyone in the room can read the projected images without difficulty.

To combat any projection vibration caused by HVAC systems, foot traffic or doors shutting, Chief has the Vibration Isolating Coupler. The design connects two chief CMS columns and limits vibrations transmitted to the lower column.

Don’t miss the new Flat Panel Floor Support System. Chief’s new solution allows speedy wall mount installations over enterprises by eliminating the need for site surveys and wall mitigation. This floor-supported wall mount system looks great, includes storage, can be customized to fit room aesthetics, and is flexible enough to work with existing outlet locations.

 Huddle

Huddle Rooms

Have a quick, impromptu meeting in our huddle room vignette. The star of this show is the new HuddleSHOT™ camera from Vaddio. This all-in-one conferencing camera with integrated audio and an ultra-wide field of view is their newest solution optimized for huddle spaces. The USB conferencing product offers plug and play simplicity, robust stereo speakers, two built-in mics, modern aesthetics and remote management features.

Gather around Middle Atlantic’s Hub – the only huddle table designed with the Systems Approach in mind. Hub provides rackmount storage, an integrated power strip and Lever Lock accessories for small device mounting.

If you need just a bit more room, perhaps behind the display, check out Chief’s Sliding Component Storage Panel that attaches to Fusion mount extrusions or directly to the wall.

THAT’S NOT ALL?!

You got that right. There’s post one and two to cover more vignettes than we could put into one blog without feeling like new-product bullies. Even with three blog posts, we cover half the solutions we’ll have on display at Booth 2500, so make it a Must See on your list. See you at the show!
