360 Overview

The Original Fusion Just Got Better

Chief's upgrade of the Fusion fixed and tilt mounts was driven by installer feedback and direct observations of installations in the field. We knew installers loved the mount already, but we also know there's always room for improvement. We did so without losing the key features of Fusion.

What We Kept

Everything, including the 4 Cs:

ControlZone Leveling

Allows post-installation fine-tuning of height and leveling.

Centerless Shift

Provided generous post-installation lateral shift for perfect positioning.

Centris Tilt

Uses the center of gravity to balance the screen while maintaining a low profile (tilt mounts only).

ClickConnect

Makes an audible click when the mount is safely engaged with the display.

What We Added

Super Stability

Set screws keep the mount rigid and stable throughout the life of the installation. Engaging the set screws also ensures secure, precise positioning throughout the life of the installation.

Nesting Spacers

Exclusive nesting spacers can be stacked to achieve any depth, providing a simple, universal hardware solution for mounting displays.

Easier Access

Get easier access to equipment and cabling with the new Fusion Pull-Out Accessory, FCAV1U – ideal for recessed installations. The new accessory can be combined with any Fusion fixed or tilt mount, including portrait, and will be available in June, 2016. With this addition, the previous generation pull-out mounts (LSMVU, MSMVU, LSMVPU, MSMVPU) will be phased out in August, 2016.

Faster Installation

Integrated teardrop design speeds up wall plate installation by allowing pre-installation of the bolts to the wall. The mount can then be hung and the bolts tightened down to secure the install.

Quick Store Cords

New, magnetized ClickConnect makes it easy to store and access pull cords. Once the display is clicked into place simply snap the magnet anywhere onto the interface to hide the cords from view.

Improved Cable Management

Cables can be routed behind the poles without removing end caps.

Enhanced Security

What used to be a separate piece is now integrated into the design to make safeguarding displays easier.

Improved Packaging

We didn't stop with the mount either. Chief's engineers improved the overall experience, including the packaging. We made the box easier to open with less waste to throw away. We also included an interface hardware box that can be hung from the mount rails so you don't lose any pieces if there is a time gap between hanging the mount and hanging the display.
